Nerses Martikyan served as the Disaster Risk Reduction project coordinator at the Armenian Red Cross Society from 2010 to 2014, where they managed project activities and developed financial reports. They then worked at BetConstruct as the Manager of the Live Scouting Department from 2014 to 2016, followed by a position as the Head of the Live Scouting Department at FeedConstruct from 2017 to 2024. Nerses briefly advised the AMBEAR Group in 2024 and is currently the Head of Strategic Partnership at SoftConstruct. They obtained their education at the State Engineering University of Armenia from 2001 to 2004.
