Norayr Mkhitaryan

Norayr Mkhitaryan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as Group CFO at SoftConstruct since May 2025, Mkhitaryan previously held the position of Group Financial Controller at Revolut from October 2022 to May 2025. A significant part of Mkhitaryan's career was spent at Deloitte from November 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included auditing financial statements for technology firms. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at TI'ME Georgia, Senior Auditor at PHP Audit CJSC, and various audit positions at International Referral Group. Mkhitaryan holds a Master in Finance, Accounting and Finance from French University of Armenia and a Bachelor degree in Economics, Management from the same institution, alongside a Master in Finance and Control from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
