Yanina Deshuk

Yanina Deshuk is currently the Lead of HR at SOFTCORP, where they oversee various HR functions including staffing and employee relations. Previously, they served as an IT Recruiter at SOFTCORP and worked as an HR Manager at the Regional Center of Culture. Yanina began their career as an English Language Teacher at Bestisbest English School. They hold a degree from Minsk State Linguistic University in Intercultural Communication and are currently pursuing further education in Recruitment at HR School.
