Cam Armistead

Cam Armistead has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They started their career as an Assistant Manager at Marble Slab Creamery in 2010 and held this position until 2015. In 2013, they worked as an Orientation Leader at the University of South Carolina before transitioning to a Student Academic Advisor role within the same institution in 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Cam worked as a Computer Technician at University Technology Services. In 2016, they joined TeamLogic IT of Columbia as an IT Support Technician and worked in this role until 2019.

During 2017, Cam gained experience as a Network and Security Analyst Intern at the University of South Carolina Health IT Consortium.

In 2018, they became an IT Consultant at Columbia Foot Clinic and held this position until 2020.

Finally, Cam joined Softdocs in 2019, initially working as a Technical Solutions Consultant and later transitioning to the role of a Cloud Engineer in June 2020.

Cam Armistead earned a Master's degree in Health Information Technology from the University of South Carolina from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Cam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the same university, from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their academic degrees, Cam obtained a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in May 2023.
