Christian Morales

Christian Morales has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Christian started their career as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Raptor Pharmaceuticals, where they delivered presentations and developed a mentorship program. Christian then worked as a Writing Adviser at Occidental College, partnering with over 1,000 students and conducting 600 hours of English tutoring sessions.

Christian's next role was as a Finance Intern at the National Kidney Foundation, where they performed invoice processing and contributed to rewriting the finance section of the company handbook. Christian then conducted independent research on the European Union as a Researcher at Occidental College, authoring 20 reports on EU political and economic ecosystems.

After graduating from Occidental College, Christian worked as an English Teacher at the Buenos Aires TEFL Institute, designing lesson plans and facilitating student-led learning. Christian then joined Morgan Stanley as a Business Analyst, contributing to various projects.

Christian Morales also obtained various certifications related to building online communities, diversity, inclusion, belonging, human-centered leadership, organizational culture, organizational learning and development, and workshop facilitation.
