Ciara Sally, CSPO

Ciara Sally has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Ciara started their career as a Clerical Assistant at the Office of Financial Aid at Georgia Southern University from May 2010 to May 2011. Ciara then moved on to work as an Information Security Intern at the university, where they focused on finding the best security practices for Apple and Android devices. Ciara also monitored the university network and wrote reports for the ticket system.

After their internship, Ciara joined Aaron's Tech in January 2013 as an IT Customer Support Analyst. Ciara'sresponsibilities included answering inbound calls, emails, and chats for internal associates, providing support for POS and hardware issues. In May 2014, they transitioned to the role of IT Technical Writer/Trainer, where they developed user-friendly knowledge-based articles, procedural manuals, and technical specifications. Ciara also collaborated with design consultants to update training materials and conducted live classroom sessions.

In February 2016, Ciara was promoted to Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Aaron's Tech. In this role, they demonstrated a strong ability to think critically about the level of testing required for each change at different stages of its lifecycle. Ciara also gathered information from Subject Matter Experts to develop and organize process documentation.

In December 2020, Ciara joined The Princeton Review as a Software QA Engineer. Ciara worked in this role until April 2023, focusing on quality assurance for software applications.

Most recently, Ciara Sally joined Softdocs in April 2023 as a QA Engineer III, where they continue to utilize their expertise in quality assurance.

Ciara Sally, CSPO, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking and Network Security from Georgia Southern University. Ciara attended the university from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Ciara obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
