Josh DeGroat

Josh DeGroat has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Josh started their career as a Produce Clerk at RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc. ShopRite in 2006 and worked there until 2011. In 2012, Josh joined AutoZone, where they held the position of Parts Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Specialist. During their time at AutoZone, they excelled in managing product movement and maintaining high-profit margins. Josh also led a team of 7 in providing exceptional customer service. In 2015, Josh transitioned to Verizon Wireless as a Solutions Specialist, where they worked until 2018. After that, they joined Core Technology Solutions as an Account Manager, responsible for recruiting and managing clients. Josh later took on the role of Full Desk Account Manager and Recruiter at Core Technology Solutions. Josh's most recent work experience is with Softdocs, where they currently hold the position of Business Solutions Consultant since November 2022.

Josh DeGroat received their education in two different institutions. From 2008 to 2011, they attended SUNY Orange, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Architecture. Josh then pursued further studies at South University from 2012 to 2015, gaining an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology. In June 2021, they also obtained a certification in Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America.
