Nathan Jaksetic

Nathan Jaksetic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathan worked at Softdocs as a Cloud Operations Engineer, where they were responsible for building and maintaining virtual servers, databases, and other infrastructure. Nathan also focused on operational security to ensure customer data safety and improved alerting and escalation mechanisms. Prior to Softdocs, Nathan was a Cloud Software Analyst II at Hyland since 2018. In this role, they established and maintained professional client relationships, received consistently high satisfaction ratings, and effectively communicated complex systems. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Contractor as an Audio Engineer/Producer, overseeing various audio projects and managing interactions between organizations and companies. Nathan's career began at Pace Analytical as an Environmental Chemist, where they managed laboratory software, performed tests and analyses on various samples, and operated analytical instruments.

Nathan Jaksetic earned a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from The University of Kansas in 2012. Nathan then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Ecology, Evolution, Systematics, and Population Biology at The University of Edinburgh, completing their studies in 2016.
