Scott Craig

Scott Craig currently serves as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Softdocs since September 2023. Previously, Scott held several significant roles at Hyland from July 2017 to April 2023, including Vice President of Product Management, where oversight of an 85-member product management and UX organization was a key responsibility. Scott's leadership encompassed the complete product life cycle and portfolio strategies across diverse global industries, with notable achievements in the Higher Education sector. Prior to Hyland, Scott worked at Lexmark Enterprise Software for over 13 years, ultimately serving as Vice President of Product & Solution Marketing and Vice President of Product Management, where Scott led initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue growth and managed extensive product portfolios. Scott's earlier experience includes various project and product management positions at Primedia Business and Atwood Publishing, along with an academic background in Classical Languages from Colorado College.
