Alexander Paal

Alexander Paal serves as the Managing Director at SOFTEC since September 2023, having previously held significant roles at PwC Czech Republic, including Transformation Manager for Komerční Banka and Director, focusing on delivering complex transformation programs within the financial services industry. Prior experience at PwC included overseeing MiFID II and Payment Account Directive projects for Komerční Banka as a project manager. Alexander's extensive background also includes a decade at Accenture, where multiple project management roles encompassed software development methodologies, core banking implementations, and risk area leadership. Alexander holds an MBA in General Management from City University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
