Bill Russell has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Bill started their career as a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1991. Bill then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Science Applications International Corporation from 1994 to 1998. In 1999, they joined Hypercom Corporation as the Vice President of Transaction Server Software. In 2000, they briefly held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Adaptive Thought Corporation. Later that year, they became a Software Developer at Object Technology Incorporated. In 2001, they joined IBM as a Product Line Manager and stayed with the company until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Principal at Standard Widget Corporation. In 2012, they took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Telecom Resources International, Inc., where they stayed until 2014. Finally, in 2015, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Softeligent LLC, where they are currently employed.
