Shiva Raj is a seasoned professional in the field of product support and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Analyst at Softeon since May 2018. Prior to this role, Shiva held the position of Technical Lead at SourceHOV from March 2012 to May 2018. Shiva Raj obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Software from Paavai Engineering College, completing the program between 2008 and 2011.
