Dima Trubnikov

Dima Trubnikov has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of UX/UI design. Dima currently holds the position of Head of UX/UI Design Department at Softeq, where they have built strong relationships with clients, enhanced customer satisfaction, and increased sales volumes. Dima has also established efficient processes and infrastructure, leading a high-performing team and delivering top-quality work within project timelines.

Prior to this, Dima worked as a UX/UI Design Unit Lead at Softeq, where they successfully managed project workloads, assigned tasks to designers, and mentored the team to maintain high-quality standards.

Dima has also held positions as a Senior User Experience Designer at various companies, including 415Agency, DevFactory, POLONTECH LLC, and Warecorp, where they played key roles in conceiving and delivering world-class interaction designs, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, Dima has experience working as a User Experience Designer at Upwork and as a Senior Graphic Designer at Corporation M8. Dima has also served as a Chief IT Specialist at The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and as a Graphic Designer at UNDP.

Dima Trubnikov holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. In 2021, Dima pursued a field of study in Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience Design at The Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, Dima obtained various certifications, including Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI from IBM in 2024, What Is Generative AI? from LinkedIn in 2024, and Learn Interaction Design Course from Codecademy in 2024.
