Egle Baltrune

Egle Baltrune has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Egle most recently worked at Softeq as the Director of Solutions Engineering and Project Management. Prior to that, they held the role of Delivery Director of Solutions Engineering at the same company. Before joining Softeq, Egle was a Leader of a team in Release Management Operations at Danske Bank. Egle also served as a Leader of a team/Chief consultant and Chief Project Manager of the IT Compliance Programme at Danske Bank. Egle has previous experience as a Programme Manager at Barclays and as a Project Management Professional in Transitions & Transformations at DXC Technology. Egle began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Sunrise Valley Science and Technology Park and later served as an IT Product Manager at UAB "Baltneta".

Egle Baltrune attended Vilnius University from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Commercial Law. Egle later pursued an MBA degree in Economics and Management at Kaunas University of Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Egle obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Agile Leadership I certifications from Scrum Alliance in 2019. Egle also holds the MSP Foundation Certificate and MSP Practitioner Certificate in Programme Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in 2018. Additionally, Egle is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute since 2015, and they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014.
