Magdalena Materna

Magdalena Materna has a diverse work experience, starting as an English teacher in Language Schools from 2009 to 2013. Magdalena then held various recruiting positions, including being an IT Recruiter at Cisco Systems and Hays, an IT Sourcer at Cisco, and an IT Recruiter at Modis Polska. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Grand Parade as an Internal IT Recruiter and later as a Senior IT Recruiter. Magdalena then joined Sabre Poland as a Senior IT Recruiter, eventually becoming the Lead IT Recruiter. Currently, Magdalena is serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and LATAM (interim) at Softeq since October 2023.

Magdalena Materna holds a Master's degree in English Philology from Akademia Polonijna w Częstochowie. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as communication, leadership, project management, and human resources, with some of them acquired through LinkedIn and others through organized training programs.
