SoftEthix is a small 12 person game production studio based in New York City's Lower East Side. Composed of artists, filmmakers, writers, and software developers that make playable games for a decidedly mainstream audience, SoftEthix's approach is built on the foundational belief that gaming is already art. At its core, the team leverages both formal artistic training and practical gaming experience to inform its development strategies and avoid the pitfalls of "art games." They're currently developing their debut game, "Charles Manson, Timothy Leary, & the Animals of NIMH".
