Marcus Tadeu Freitas Ernst

Marcus Tadeu Freitas Ernst is a skilled executive and educator with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as CEO for both EMEA and Iberia at SoftExpert since May 2019, Marcus focuses on enhancing competitive advantage through digital transformation and operational excellence. Additionally, Marcus is a professor at UNIR-Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, teaching leadership and operational excellence in a master's program. Previous roles include co-founder of MeeTribu, CIO at OceanPact Serviços Marítimos, and various managerial positions at SoftExpert, where a significant contribution was made to numerous software projects and service implementations across different countries. Marcus holds an MBA from Centro Universitário Anhangüera and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IST - Instituto Superior de Tecnologia.
