Robert F. is the CEO of SoftExpert's Spanish Latin America operation, where responsibilities include executing expansion strategies and overseeing full P&L. As a co-founder, Robert also leads business development efforts for e-figco. Previously, Robert held various managerial roles at Oracle, Ricoh Americas Corporation, Adecco Professional Colombia, Procalidad Analytics, and Decisiones Logísticas, focusing on enterprise solutions, customer experience, and business analytics. Robert holds a Master’s degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Universidad de Los Andes, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management from Laureate Education, Inc. and Computer Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
