Ravishankar Sivalingam

Ravishankar Sivalingam is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and computer vision, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Machine Learning at SOFTEYE since March 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Qualcomm from August 2016 to March 2024, where accomplishments as a Principal Engineer/Manager in Cloud/Edge AI Inference encompassed optimizing AI workloads and contributing to low-power machine learning research. Previous positions at 3M involved applying advanced machine learning techniques to predictive analytics and computer vision challenges. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and two M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai.
