Matti Seidel

Matti Seidel has been working in the mobile entertainment industry since 2003. Matti began their career as the Inhaber at Hardwarewelt.Net in 2003. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Fox Mobile Group in various roles, including Manager Marketing Productions - Content Games, Coordinator Marketing Productions - Content Games, and Assistant Marketing Productions - Content Games. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Account Manager at 5C Basic GmbH & Co. KG. Since 2014, they have been working at SOFTGAMES - Mobile Entertainment Services GmbH, where they have held various roles, including Head of QA, Head of QA + CRM & Data Protection Officer, and Head of QA & Data Protection Officer. In these roles, Matti Seidel has been responsible for leading the shared service teams QA and CRM, managing the GDPR compliance project, building the QA team, and managing customer communication and bot messaging. Matti has also been responsible for negotiating and maintaining strong relationships with key publishers, providing key accounts with tech support, and introducing an XML based standard for automated content injection.

Matti Seidel attended Leipzig University from 1996 to 2003, where they studied Rechtswissenschaften.
