Mihail Ivanov

Mihail Ivanov has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and support. Mihail began their career in 2019 as a Sales Expert at ALD Automotive Bulgaria, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Tek Experts as an ERP/CRM Support engineer, and their tenure lasted until 2021. Currently, Mihail is working at SoftGroup as a Sales Development Representative since 2021 and has been promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager in 2023.

Mihail Ivanov obtained their Master's degree in Project Management from the Technical University of Sofia, studying from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same university, during the period of 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Mihail also obtained a certification in "Following Up after a Sales Meeting" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
