Denise Edwards

Denise Edwards is a UX Researcher and Designer with extensive experience in designing user interfaces for both B2B and consumer-facing products. Currently employed at Softheon since October 2020, Denise has focused on creating prototypes, establishing a comprehensive design guide, and conducting usability testing. Previously at IBM from April 2014 to July 2019, Denise played a key role in designing complex enterprise products within an agile framework, leading user research initiatives, and improving user onboarding experiences. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, earned in 2013.
