Lindsey Miller is an accomplished professional in health plan solutions and client success with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Health Plan Solutions at Softheon since June 2022, Lindsey leads strategies for health plan solutions and has established key workgroups focusing on product alignment and analytics. Previous experience includes founding Gardens in the Gorge and serving as Client Success Lead at NextHealth Technologies prior to its acquisition by Softheon. Lindsey's career also encompasses roles in revenue cycle operations at CHI, project management at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, and consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, among other positions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Policy and Management from Emory University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The University of the South.
