Randeep Gupta, MBA, is a Principal Solutions Architect and Engineering Strategist with over 15 years of experience in technology. Currently serving as the Director of ProductOps and Solution Consulting at Softheon, they leverage their diverse background in engineering, product, and operations to develop innovative solutions for government and healthplan clients. Randeep previously held roles at Softheon as Product Owner and Director of Product Management, where they managed product roadmaps and collaborated closely with stakeholders. They earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
