Robert Miller

Rob Miller serves as the General Manager at CITIZ3N, a subsidiary of Softheon, since November 2023. With a robust background at Softheon since 2007, Rob has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Government Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed developing government verticals and streamlining operational efficiencies. Former positions include Managing Director roles in Government Solutions and Operations, overseeing extensive healthcare operations and significant cash flow management, as well as leading cross-functional teams in innovative technology implementations. An accomplished project manager with a foundational background in mathematics and education, Rob holds an Executive MBA from WSU Carson College of Business and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
