Joel Austin

Joel Austin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel is currently working as the Regional Sales Director - Eastern Region at Softing since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional Manager at ESTeem Wireless Modems starting from June 2021. From January 2020 to June 2021, Joel served as a Business Development Engineer at Softing. Before joining Softing, they were the Vice President of Phoenix Digital Corporation from August 2006 to January 2020. Joel also worked as a Sales Engineer at Control Chief Corporation from November 2000 to August 2006 and as a Field Engineer at Vertiv from November 1999 to November 2000. Joel started their professional career in the United States Air Force, where they worked in Electronic Warfare from May 1992 to November 1999.

Joel Austin attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering/IT. Joel then returned to the University of Phoenix in 2009 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2010.
