Leonid Moroz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. As the Managing Director at SoftInWay Switzerland GmbH since 2013, Leonid Moroz has led the development of propulsion systems for aerospace and space vehicles. In addition, as President and CEO of SoftInWay since January 1999, Leonid Moroz has engaged in strategic management within a global engineering company focused on efficient turbomachinery and new generation liquid rocket engines through advanced software solutions. Previously, Leonid Moroz served on the Advisory Board at Bluefront Capital from 2009 to 2015 and worked as a group leader at Turboatom, where expertise was applied to designing gas and steam turbines. Leonid Moroz holds a PhD in Turbomachinery from the National Technical University “Kharkov Polytechnic Institute.”
