Wayne Packard

Wayne Packard is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving at SoftIron since August 2021. Prior to this role, Wayne operated Packard Consulting Services LLC as a software architect and consultant starting in July 2011. Wayne’s background includes positions as lead mobile software engineer at Thrasys, Inc. from December 2011 to May 2014, and as VP of mobile development at Clear-Media from October 2010 to August 2011. As a co-founder and VP of engineering at dotFX, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2010, Wayne contributed significantly to the company’s development. Earlier roles include software engineer at Ektasis, Inc. and lead software design engineer at America Online, Inc., where Wayne worked from August 1996 to December 2006, alongside experience as a senior software developer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 1993 to 1996.
