Debora Chiappetti

Debora Chiappetti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Lutech SoftJam since January 2020, where responsibilities include IT profile recruitment, Job Description creation, candidate proposals, Career Day event participation, and Onboarding management. Previously held the role of Associate HR Generalist at the same company, focusing on similar recruitment tasks while also managing internal communications and Employer Branding activities.
