Elliott Potts

Elliott Potts is currently the Custom Applications Solutions Manager at SoftPro, where they leverage their process-oriented leadership and keen eye for detail to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, they held various positions at SoftPro, including Configuration Specialist and OnSite Support Trainer, and worked at First American Financial Corporation as a Title Officer and Sr. Title Officer. Elliott also served as Operations Manager and Chief Title Officer at Pacific Northwest Title of Oregon, Inc., driving significant revenue growth and operational improvements. They earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Edward's University.
