Brad Reed Beatty

Brad Reed Beatty currently serves as the HETS Communications Manager at Softrams, a role commenced in July 2023, focused on transitioning HETS 270/271 operations to a new contractor post-rebid of the CMS BESST contract. Prior to Softrams, Beatty was the MCARE Help Desk Operations Manager at MindFinders, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the transition of Help Desk operations supporting the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services' HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Beatty's extensive experience includes customer account management and Help Desk operations roles at FEI Systems, CSC, and Medicare, all centered on CMS Medicare eligibility applications. With a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, Beatty also held various managerial positions in customer support and sales in earlier career stages.
