Mandy Dols

Mandy Dols currently serves as the Experience Design Strategy Manager and Lead UX Researcher at Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Healthcare Experience Researcher & Designer at The University of Vermont Medical Center from March 2019 to January 2023 and as a Senior Service & Interaction Researcher & Designer at Accenture Federal Services from July 2013 to March 2019. Mandy Dols possesses extensive experience in conducting user research and facilitating workshops for multidisciplinary teams, focusing on solving complex problems within service and interactive design. Previous roles also include Digital Product/UX Consultant, where Dols managed a significant mobile-first redesign project, and Workshop Facilitator for a user research workshop at the 2018 Tech, Rebalanced hackathon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, along with additional training at General Assembly.
