Victoria Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience research and management. Currently serving as a Senior HX Researcher and UX Researcher at Softrams since April 2021, Victoria has also contributed as a Website Content Manager at What's V Researching and has founded Kinks and Company, an e-commerce store focused on natural hair and skin care products.
