David Milligan has extensive work experience in the software and technology industry. David began their career at Stop & Shop in 1979 as a Programmer Analyst. David then joined Generated Tele-Computer Output as a Senior Programmer in 1981, eventually becoming the Director of Development in 1984. In 1989, they joined RBS Group as the Vice President of Development, and later served as the Vice President of Software Services. In 1998, they joined Softrax as the VP of Professional Services, and subsequently held roles as the VP of Product Strategy, VP of Customer Services, and VP of Technical Services. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant for an Independent Contractor before returning to Softrax in 2010. At Softrax, they held positions as the Director of Consulting Services, Director of Solutions & Services, and Director of Product Strategy. Overall, David Milligan has a diverse range of experience in various leadership and consulting roles within the software industry.
David Milligan attended Boston College from 1970 to 1974, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following this, from 1975 to 1977, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and studied Chemistry.
