Matthew Tompkins has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at Softrip since January 2000. Previously, Matthew held the position of General Manager at Softrip and was a Team Lead at Gate 1 Travel from June 1997 to December 1999. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Penn State University in April 1997.
