Austin Lamb

Austin Lamb has extensive experience in the education and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Education Advisor and Team Leader at SoftRock since April 2007. In this role, Austin manages and coaches a team while generating leads for various colleges and advising potential students. Prior to SoftRock, Austin worked at AT&T as a Customer Service Representative and as a participant in the Leader Intern Program, where responsibilities included assisting managers, selling products, and resolving technical issues. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Paul & Coppock P.A., handling administrative tasks and supporting legal proceedings. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2008 and 2012.
