Anders Bagewitz

Anders Bagewitz has extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within the fields of agile methodologies and AI leadership. Currently serving as Programledare för Softronic AI, Anders oversees organizational initiatives related to AI at Softronic. Previous roles include Agil Coach in the Strategic Operations Group, Förvaltningsledare for the 1177 e-services teams, and Product Owner for the AML product CM1. Anders has also held leadership positions in notable projects for clients such as Skatteverket and Randstad, where responsibilities included agile transformation, development process design, and mentoring project managers. Anders's professional journey began in software development at Pharmacia & Upjohn and Unication, followed by project management at Softronic and PostNord, contributing to a depth of knowledge in both IT and operational processes. Education was attained in Data and System Science at Stockholm University.
