Mårten Sjö

Mårten Sjö has a diverse background in various technology roles. Mårten started their career in 2010 as an IT-Tekniker at IT-Resurs, where they were responsible for client management, server management, and deployment. Mårten also performed maintenance, upgrades, and scripting to automate processes.

In 2013, Mårten joined CGI as a Technical Consultant, where they oversaw an internal IoT project for smart buildings. Mårten installed IoT units to monitor air quality and used predictive analysis to identify substandard levels. Mårten'srole also involved working with customers to implement IoT solutions.

In 2018, Mårten transitioned to Avega Group AB as a Data Scientist. Here, they designed and delivered AI solutions, including integrations for existing customers and deploying Big Data solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud. Mårten utilized Azure ML Services and collaborated with other Cloud Solution Architects to develop complex end-to-end solutions.

Currently, Mårten is working at Softronic as a Data Science & Cloud Robotics AI Engineer. Mårten is involved in reengineering enterprise systems and serving as a cloud architect for clients. Mårten enables clients to leverage AI services and ensures solutions meet high performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.

Mårten Sjö has a diverse education history. Mårten attended Tärna Folkhögskola from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in ICT Teaching with a focus on IT. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended FaluFri Gymnasium, where they pursued a college education in Social Science, specializing in Samhällskunskap. Going further back, they completed their Grundskola education at Gärdesskolan from 1994 to 2000.
