Tomas Wiiand

Tomas Wiiand is an experienced enterprise architect at Softronic, specializing in designing and building a digital ecosystem for information sharing regarding private sector pensions and insurance in Sweden. Additionally, Tomas has served as Chief Architect for a project aimed at modernizing first-line digital healthcare services, and has worked as a Smart City and IoT architect for the City of Stockholm. As the owner of Tomwii AB, Tomas operates a webshop selling specialty coffee from small Swedish roasteries. Previously, Tomas held the position of Domain Architect for life insurance at Länsförsäkringar AB, overseeing IT architecture in the Life and Pension division. With a foundational background in system architecture and consultancy since the 1980s, Tomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Uppsala University.
