Aseem Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnership and project delivery within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at SoftServe since March 2025, Aseem previously held the position of Client Partner at Virtusa from June 2022 to March 2025. Aseem’s earlier tenure at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as Assistant Vice President involved leading a 400+ member team and managing capital market accounts across the Americas, generating over $25 million in profit and loss. Prior roles include Associate Managing Consultant at Headstrong India, where Aseem led a KPO project, and Head of Operations & Business Development at km Solutions, focusing on new business opportunities and risk management.
