Daria Hemmerling

Daria Hemmerling, PhD, is a researcher and speech processing engineer currently serving as R&D Lead and Senior R&D Engineer at SoftServe, where they lead a project under the European Union Horizon 2020. Daria has also held positions as a co-owner at Experter sp. z o.o., an academic supervisor at Koło Naukowe BioMetr, and a WiV Ambassador for Women in Voice Eastern Europe. They completed their PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology and are pursuing further studies in Clinical Research at Harvard Medical School. Daria's research focus includes algorithms for feature extraction and analysis in both voice processing and neuroimaging.
