Heather Bain

Heather Bain is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing technology and operations. Currently serving as the Marketing Technology Associate Director at SoftServe since June 2025, Heather previously held the position of Manager of Global Marketing Operations at UKG from February 2020 to December 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Email Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Automation Specialist at Ultimate Software from August 2014 to February 2020, along with serving as Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator at ComReal Fort Lauderdale between January 2012 and August 2014. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Public Relations, and Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
