Irene Ramirez

Irene Ramirez is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Country People Lead and Senior HR Operations Manager for SoftServe since March 2022, Irene previously held the position of HR Manager for Mexico and Costa Rica at UST, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing operations teams. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Luxoft, HR Business Partner for Mexico and the Cone region at Alcatel Mobile, and several HR positions in recruitment and talent acquisition. Irene holds a Diplomado de Administración Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Licenciatura in Administration and Human Resources from Universidad Panamericana.
