Ivan Zagorodniy is currently the Engineering and Technology Excellence Director, having previously held roles as Engineering and Technology Excellence Manager and Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at SoftServe from 2011 to 2019. In these positions, they led software development teams, designed talent management strategies, and contributed to the company’s open-source community. Prior to SoftServe, Ivan served as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Union Square Internet Development from 2007 to 2011, where they led development projects and supported talent development initiatives. Ivan is pursuing Honors B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees in Computer Science and Intelligent Decision Making Systems from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
