Maksym Duda

Maksym Duda is an experienced designer and recruitment specialist with a diverse background in UX/UI design, graphic design, and HR management. Currently serving as an Experience Designer at SoftServe since February 2019, Maksym focuses on designing web and mobile applications, improving features, and creating user flows and prototypes. Prior to this, Maksym held positions as a Graphic and Web Designer at Code Elves Inc., and worked as a freelance IT recruiter. Earlier career experiences include roles as an HR Manager at ELEKS and a recruitment specialist at LTD. “Alex-IF,” showcasing skills in employee adaptation, recruitment processes, and organizational development. Maksym's educational background includes a Junior UI/UX Designer certification from Beetroot Academy and a Specialist degree in Marketing from the Institute of Management and Economics «Galycka Academy.
