Michael Klaus

Michael Klaus serves as Partner at CEO Coaching International since September 2020, where the firm specializes in coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs. Klaus is also a Board Member at Amphitrite Digital and has been the Chief Executive Officer at Performance Pathfinders LLC since April 2019, focusing on strategic alignment and performance improvement through technology adoption. Additionally, Klaus has held advisory roles at SoftServe and was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager of Application Services at DXC Technology, where significant business turnaround and efficiency improvements were achieved.
