Roman Shlyakhetko

Roman Shlyakhetko, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and project management at SoftServe since June 2009. Roman has held various positions, including VP of Client Success, AVP of Client Success, Delivery Director, and Senior Project Manager, leading the development of a new business unit that grew from 1 to 112 employees and managing a portfolio of 17 related projects with over 80 engineers. Additionally, Roman's earlier roles included Project Manager and Sr. Software Engineer, where Roman contributed to software development processes and implemented various technical solutions. Roman's career began with a consultancy position focusing on .NET and a tech lead role at Softserve, Inc. Roman holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
