Stephen Hayden is a seasoned professional in corporate development with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at SoftServe since December 2023, Stephen previously held multiple roles at Hitachi Vantara from April 2015 to December 2023, including Corporate Development Manager and Senior Corporate Development Analyst. Stephen contributed to significant M&A activities, including the acquisition of GlobalLogic for $9.6 billion and various other strategic transactions.
