Tom Kauffman

Tom Kauffman is a seasoned professional in client success and enterprise solutions, currently serving as Vice President at SoftServe since October 2025. Kauffman leverages extensive industry experience in Manufacturing and Retail/CPG to help clients harness AI for growth. Prior to SoftServe, Kauffman was the Managing Director at ImagineX, where mission-critical enterprise solutions were developed, achieving high client satisfaction scores. At Slalom, Kauffman led market strategies in New York and contributed to team development in Westchester and Southern CT. Kauffman's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accenture, where Kauffman managed large-scale technology transformations globally. Kauffman holds a BA in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, with minors in Computer Science and Management Information Systems.
