Tom Ricardo

Tom Ricardo is a seasoned professional in cloud strategy and DevOps, currently serving as the Cloud and DevOps Practice Director at SoftServe since September 2025. Concurrently, Tom holds the position of Technology Officer and Board Member of Manhattan Community Board Five, appointed by the Manhattan Borough President. With prior experience as Cloud and Cybersecurity Practice Director at Oxford Global Resources, Tom has driven innovation in digital asset security for clients in NAMER and EMEA markets. Additional roles include Director of Cloud Strategy at Triumph Technology Solutions, Head of Cloud Strategy and Solutions at Vandis, and Senior Cloud Consultant at Presidio. Tom’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from New York University and a Master's in Forensic Computing from John Jay College (CUNY).
